Since the trend of mille crepe cake from Nadeja Malacca, there are many places in kl offer mille crepe cakes also. One of it that is quite famous of its mille crepe cake is Dreamz Bakery at Kota Damansara. It is a sweet cozy cafe that offers a variety of desserts and drinks. The reason I went was to try out the mille crepe cake but I pay more attention on the environment than the cake. I really like how everything is decorated nicely and you feel so welcomed when you step into it.

They also offer a variety of drinks of coffee and tea. 

I'd still say that I prefer Nadeja Malacca one better than this but the environment gives it a bonus point. I bet every girl will like a sweet cozy cafe like this. It is definitely a good place for some hi-tea session or girls day out. They also have macaroons for sale. Besides that, the price was quite reasonable and they also take order for customize cakes and cookies.

Fashion Fast Forward

Fashion Fast Forward is a membership program for some of the retail brand that I really like. They are Topshop, Topman, Dorothy Perkins, Miss Selfridge and recently added Diva also! How can you not love all these shops? I am forever broke after entering into these shops. I have been their loyal customers for years and I still am. This Christmas, F3 came out with a 12 days of Christmas Giveaways! I couldn't help but to be a part of it and I am one of the lucky winner! I feel so blessed now. Although I cannot make it for the grand prize which is a RM500 voucher, I am still very happy that I got their Christmas hamper. Definitely make a more joyful Christmas for me.

Went to collect my prize today and I love it so far.

Couldn't say anything but to be thankful for all the joys I got. Also got quite a lot of Christmas present this year from all my loves one. I would like to end this post by saying Merry Christmas (i know it's late) to everyone of you and also a Happy New Year!

The Loaf

The Loaf Bakery and Bistro in Pavillion, Kuala Lumpur is renovated and it's back with more variety of food. Now, it's like a cafe that you can chill and enjoy the new menu. Love the location also as it is located near the main entrance of the mall. You can sit outside and look at people walking pass. I don't know about you but I really like watching different people.

Now, they serve breakfast, starters, soups, sandwich, pasta, main course and also desserts. As for me, I would always choose their sandwich because I really like their pastries and breads. They also have different beverages in the menu and it is all non-alcoholic. I personally think that the price for food is reasonable but the drinks are a bit too pricey.

Cranberry Juice for RM10 and it is a bit too sweet for my liking. 

Chicken and ham sandwich for only RM10.

The portion for this might look small but it is actually just enough for 1 people. Love their bread and the fries. The fries is even better than McDonald's one.

The Loaf's club sandwich- RM20.

The club sandwich is quite huge and I think 2 people can actually share one. There are so many layers of fillings, including beef bacon, ham, egg, greens and so on. It is also served with fries. Instead of sandwich, I think this look like a healthier version of burger. 

The service and ambience was quite satisfying also and overall everything is good.

Etude house AC Clinic Intense

Finally done with finals and this hectic semester. It has been a really stressful semester and I am so happy that I'm done with it. Haven't been sleeping good for the past few weeks and my breakouts are getting so bad. Then I decided to give a try to etude house since a lot of my friends suggested it. I bought the AC Clinic Intense trial kit. It is says that it is a special trial kit for trouble care. The price is quite reasonable and I think it can lasts for about a month. I have only started using for about a week and I can see slight changes already. Even people around me says I have better skin now. *happyfeetdance*

This is how the trial kit look like. 

Step 1: Clean your face with the AC Clinic Daily Acne Foam Cleanser. It works quite well for me as I have combination skin.

 

Step 2: Apply toner with cotton pad and continue with the gel lotion. The lotion is in gel form so it will be hydrating enough but not oily at all. 

Step 3: Apply the pink powder spot on blemishes and followed by pink powder water. I only use the pink powder spot at night and pink powder water both day and night. You can see the difference after using it overnight. When you use the pink powder spot, do not shake the bottle. You have to dip the cotton bud into the pink powder and apply it on blemishes and acne. 

I am quite satisfied with the outcome even I have only started using for a week. I also like that they included the cotton bud inside the trial kit so it is really convenient to bring around when going for a trip. 

Dip N Dip

Finally went to Dip N Dip with my girls after craving for it for weeks. I love spontaneous outings. It is definitely a chocolate heaven. Since there was only the 3 of us, we ordered 2 desserts to share. I wish I could order more. It was so filling and the chocolate is really rich.

Chocolate brownies crepes

Definitely love the brownies crepes. It is covered with 3 types of chocolate which are milk, dark and white chocolate. There is a layer of brownies in between the crepes. Sumptuously warm and creamy.

Fondant

The fondant is a bit too heavy for my liking though. The chocolate is too thick and it is super warm. However, the ice-cream really helps to balance the taste of the chocolate and I personally think that the ice-cream is super fine.

Can't wait to go back and try the other desserts. The waffle sticks and pancake are super tempting.

Urbanscapes Day 2

As promised, I will blog about day 2 also. I know it's a lil late but I was really caught up with assignments and finals. /: We went late on the second day as we were really exhausted from day 1 and we knew what to expect. It was less muddy on the second day and we all wear flipflops. 

After the first day, I have decided to go for some serious shopping before getting all dirty and muddy. You know what they say about girls. We never can shop enough.

Finally remember to get goodies bag from Levi's x Tongue in Chic hub. It was the only place with air-conditioner at Padang Astaka. There were also charging station for mobile phones in the hub.

We were wandering around all the time and it started raining during evening. Then we decided to go to Sheila Majid. She never gets old. She still looks so fine after 20+ years of being on stage and she still sounds really good.

After that, we went to main stage area to find a nice spot and wait for Sigur Ros. I was literally 3 rows from them. It still feels like a dream to me. Definitely worth the price and waiting. Almost teared when I hear them live. Dream came true. :) Their music is so god damn awesome and beautiful. Eventhough I don't understand the language but it still touches me.

Everyone's getting crazy for Sigur Ros.

After Sigur Ros, everyone still wanted more. Then they used fireworks to distract us. :( But it was still a beautiful night.

There is not as many pictures as compare to Day 1 because we went late. There were not much going on on the second day. Everyone was just basically waiting for the performance they wanted to see. We were all too tired to go discover and explore about other music that we've never heard of. So, that's all and that's it. Urbanscapes 2012 definitely worth the price and body aching.
